The Rules of Action-Zone

1. Parents/Guardians must supervise children at all times
2. We provide members of staff who will supervise the play equipment and help maximise children's enjoyment from the play experience. They also have access to first aid facilities, however they are not a replacement for parental supervision
3. Children who are unwell must not use the facilities
4. Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children and out managers will enforce them
5. Children must remove their shoes; socks must be worn at all times whilst playing in the play area. Socks are for sale at the front desk if required
6. No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into play areas. Only refreshments purchased from the cafeteria may be consumed in the premises. Facilities are provided on the premises where keenly priced food and drink can be purchased
7. Our staff will be happy to heat babies' bottles and jars of food brought into the cafe for infants
8. Only plastic glasses/bottles are allowed in the supervision area
9. No drinks containers are to be taken into the play area or on the play equipment
10. Smoking is not permitted
11. Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc must not be taken into the play area by children using the play equipment
12. Personal items must be left with parent/guardians. We cannot accept any liability for theft
13. It is not advised that children under 4 use the main play area at busy times
14. If you hear three sharp whistle blows, please encourage your children to leave the play area
15. We would ask our customers to report any accidents, no matter how minor to our receptionist before leaving the play centre. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits
16. Parents/guardians should note that during busy periods it might be necessary to allocate tables
17. We recommend to parents that children wear long sleeves and trousers
18. Disorderly or disruptive behaviour causing offence or concern to other customers or Action Zone's staff will not be tolerated, children displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave
